This acquisition will allow IPR to significantly expand their IT product and service offerings and geographical reach, while cutting annual costs by $2 million.
Moreover, IPR International is extremely proud to announce that Jim Thomas, former CEO and co-founder of Next Solutions Group / Axios Hosting has been named the new President and CTO of IPR International. Thomas comes to IPR with a wealth of 31 years of IT project management and software engineering experience, working for world renown IT and technology companies, such as IBM, Siemens, and Motorola. The acquisition resulted in many other positive additions to IPR’s team, not the least of which is a management team with a history of new product development and data center management. Their current data center operates out of the former IBM Tier II data center facility in Boca Raton, Florida.
