Jack currently serves as a member of the National Advisory Committee for the RobertWood Johnson Foundation, the largest private foundation focused solely on health research and health delivery, located in Princeton, NewJersey. Jack is also a consultant to the Pennsylvania Department of Insurance,where he has assisted in the promotion and participation of the State Child Health Insurance Program (SCHIP) since 2009.
Prior to his positions with the Pennsylvania Dept. of Insurance and the RobertWood Johnson Foundation, Jack was President and CEO at the Philadelphia Health Management Corporation (1972-77), the Crozer-ChesterMedical Center (1983-1990), the Crozer-Keystone Health System(1990-2001), and University Technology Park (2001-2004). Past experience also included positions at Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania Hospital and Blue Cross of Pennsylvania.
