IPR corporate folks will be joining our colleagues over in Wilmington when we relocate on July 28th. We look forward to this opportunity to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our peers and open the lines of communication further.
The positive benefits of this move are abundant, but mostly, we are encouraged by what this means for both internal and external growth. “Moving our team to offices within one of our data centers will be an integral part of growing our staff via cross-training and internal growth opportunities,” said Tami Fratis, CEO, IPR International.
As our Cloud and Colocation offerings continue to grow, so do we, as a company. The move to Wilmington further cements that the heart of IPR’s business is with their clients who entrust their information and business continuity to IPR. Time spent with clients, prospects, partners and investors from the Eastern Corridor will be simplified. We look forward to future visits and tours of our state-of-the-art facilities. Last May we expanded our data center by 8,000 square feet to keep up with our growth and in order to support our high-density and standard density (CRAC) cooling facilities within out Tier III Data Center.
Basing our corporate headquarters in Wilmington will deepen our roots as business partner with both the state of Delaware and the city of Wilmington. Additionally, we have been contributor, partner and supporter to the Delaware Department of Economic Growth for some time. The move will allow IPR to use its infrastructure to help draw other businesses to the area. Additionally, it is through our partnership with McConnell Johnson Real Estate that we hope to assist in the goal of bringing tech companies and jobs to Wilmington.
One thing is for certain, no matter where we are located, we are determined to continue the trend of making 2014 a benchmark year!
